Apparently the Ninth Commandment is Optional for Republican Supporters

As I'm sitting here reading through the posts by my liberal friends on Facebook, I see multiple discussions about the flood of lies that has come from the Romney campaign.  It made me think about Republicans and how they are constantly attempting to write Christianity into the law.  It occurred to me that the supporters of Romney, many of whom are supposedly "good Christians," are supporting someone who has broken one of the 10 Commandments countless times.

Well, maybe not entirely countless.  This article discusses how Romney told 533 lies in 30 weeks.  That's a pretty good count.  This is 533 documented violations of the Ninth Commandment in a 30 week period.  That's impressive.  One of Romney's pollsters, Neil Newhouse, even said that "[the Romney campaign is] not going to let [their] campaign be dictated by fact-checkers."  Translation:  We're not going to let the truth stand in our way.

I'm not saying Obama and his campaign are perfect.  But, as a group of people who are supposedly so interested in demonstrating their Christian faith (hence the opposition to gay-marriage and the panic about the word God being left out of the Democratic platform), how can these people, in good conscience, vote for a party that has demonstrated a complete lack of regard for one of the 10 Commandments that they hold so dear?  I guess God declared that commandment optional as long as you persecut those horrible gays that aren't even mentioned in the commandments.

  1. well let see you say Romney is lying-but have no proof. Now lets look at what Obama does. Obama was the one who supposidly demanded God be put back into the platform (gotta get those voters to think he's Godly). Obama bears false wittness agianst thy neighbor when he supported rumors of Romney that have never been anything more than rumors. Remeber the Sabbath day is something Obama does not do as well-the first president to not honor many WH traditions. He killed the economy-he has stolen money from the americans, medicare and still continues. He covets a well ran govt since he doesn't know how too. He supports and encourages people to support homosexuals when the bible CLEARLY says it is wrong and no preacher or person can dispute that fact. But forget the economy, the blunder of a HC plan, forget our security, our programs, forget it all. All that obviously matters is if the president is for homosexual marriage. Nothing else matters huh? Honor thy mother and father-he also has "mistakenly" called other men his father. Like when he talked of his gramps in the military and didn't mean to refer to him as father. Oh the lists goes on, at least Romney doesn't live each day constantly breaking commandments. No one can find anything morally bad with Romney and it kills them and is why Obama was desperate to say something true or not. Romney upfront turned over every document asked of him to run for preidency-unlike Obama and his lawyers who still have sealed documents. Who would have sealed documents? Someone who is hiding a BIG seceret that's who

    1. Here's a list of reasons that your comment is wrong:
The link provides proof that Romney is lying...also I have watched plenty of video that proves he is lying.

Romney is responsible for his own rumors. If he would stop dodging questions and provide proof that he has ethics, he would be left alone. The fact that he won't is what's incriminating him.

"Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy" is broken not only by almost, if not all, Presidents, but by the majority of practicing Christians. The Sabbath day is Saturday, the seventh day of the week. Sunday, which most Christians observe, is actually the first day of the week.

The economy was dead when he took office - hence the recession.

Romney's plan to destroy medicare is much worse, and the Obama administration actually increased the viability of medicare.

The Bible never says to hate homosexuals or deny them the same rights the rest of us enjoy. See my previous blogs for further details.

If accidently calling someone the wrong thing is a sin, then I would imagine most of us are guilty of that sin.

Finally, did you really say Romney's turned over every document asked for? Bwahahahaha. So you've seen his tax returns then? You're right...Romney is hiding a BIG secret.
